An online course can take a considerable amount of time. As stated in the welcome page, each module requires approximately 1 hour for studying assignments, viewing videos, and performing practice exercises. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you begin each module as soon as possible.

If you encounter any technology difficulties, please perform the following steps:
- Reread the instructions in the assignment and attempt it again, if possible.
- Reboot your PC or Mac computer and attempt the operation again.

Appendices
There are several appendices that are provided for extra information about Excel that is not a requirement for the course completion and you will not be expected to know the information in them for quizzes or the exam. You will find some of the information in them helpful in the future.
