In reference to the graphic below, we wanted to know each salesperson’s Quarter 1 total as a percent of the Quarter 1 Grand Total. For Salesperson Tom, in cell address B7, we entered the formula: =B6/G6 and we received a result of 0.18. We wanted to know the same result for all of the other salespersons, so we did an AutoFill, beginning at cell address B7. We performed an AutoFill through cell address F7.
